I take full, upfront payments after Rough Sketch is approved of, and will not continue until payment is made. However, under certain conditions, 50% partial payment can be discussed and agreed upon.REVISIONS
Revisions can be made anytime while I send updates of the commissioned piece. I normally don't have any limit on revisions. However, I will not make any major revisions after flat color stage, i.e. Pose changes, proportion changes, POV changes.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadlines are usually 2 weeks-1 month after payment is fulfilled for my art to be fully completed. If I do take longer, that will be discussed with the client. This may be because of my work schedule, since I do have a job outside of art, and multiple commissions worked on at one time.USE
Personal usage only. Commissioners are free to distribute my art with proper credit.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I own all of my artwork, commission or not. I retain the rights, copyright, and ownership to my work for examples, reproduction, and to even post on my own socials. Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Artwork produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.
Personal use includes: social media profile pictures, signature, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website displays, social media posts (not including using as part of a brand or with intent to grow your social media). You may also NOT put my work through any AI programs, as to replicate or "steal" art from myself.REFUNDS
As of right now, I DO NOT offer refunds past the sketch phase. If Client is not satisfied with my work before payment, we can calmly cancel the commission request.COMMUNICATION
Personally, Communication is KEY for me to work on art. I normally send WIPs as I work through each phase, however, you may ask for WIPs per Client's request. Communication can take place either with Discord DMs or Twitter DMs.
